What We Accept

We are looking for high-quality, original, and insightful articles that are strictly related to the construction industry. Your submission should fall into one of these categories:

• Construction Experiences: First-hand accounts of managing projects, overcoming on-site challenges, or implementing successful strategies.

• Case Studies: Detailed analyses of specific projects, highlighting the design, execution, problems solved, and results achieved.

• Construction-Related Research: Articles based on studies, data, and analysis that provide new perspectives on materials, methods, or management.

• Construction Technology: Insights into new software (like BIM), machinery, sustainable tech, or innovative building techniques shaping the future of construction.

Article Requirements:

• Word Count: Must be between 1,500 and 2,500 words.

• Originality: Content must be 100% original and not published elsewhere.

• Formatting: Well-structured with clear headings, subheadings, and paragraphs.

How to Submit (And What Happens Next)

We’ve made the submission process simple and straightforward.

1. Prepare Your Article: Write your article following our guidelines.

2. Format Your Document: Submit your article as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx). Please clearly indicate H2, H3, and H4 headings within the document for easy formatting.

3. Include Images: Accompany your article with one or two high-quality images (photos, charts, graphs, or diagrams). Ensure you have the rights to use these images.

4. External Links: A maximum of two external links to relevant, high-authority sources are permitted. Overtly promotional links will be removed.

5. Send Your Submission: Email your Word document and images to our team at: support@structrumlimited.co.ke

What Happens Next?

• You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging we have received your submission.

• Our editorial team will review your pitch, which typically takes 7-10 business days.

• If your article is accepted, we will notify you and provide an expected publication date.

• Due to the high volume of submissions, we may not be able to respond to every applicant. If you do not hear from us within two weeks, please feel free to submit your pitch to another publication.

Compensation

Currently, we do not offer monetary compensation for articles published on StructrumLimited.co.ke. We view this as a collaborative platform for professionals to share knowledge and gain significant exposure within the industry.

What We Don’t Accept

To maintain the quality and integrity of our content, we will immediately reject submissions that include:

• Press Releases or Sales Pitches: Please don’t send us overtly promotional content or advertisements for services/products. They make us feel sad inside.

• Plagiarized or Non-Exclusive Content: Your work must be your own and must not be published anywhere else online.

• Off-Topic Content: Articles not directly related to the construction, engineering, architecture, or project management fields.

• Poorly Written or Unstructured Content: Submissions that do not meet our word count, formatting, or quality standards.

• Content that has already been covered extensively on our site or others without a new, unique angle.
